Shrinking Violets is Darryl and Julia Murdock, a Washington DC-area songwriting duo with thirty years of craft and a sound they call jazzy folk-pop. Acoustic guitar and viola. Two voices. Songs about love in all its forms. Their albums Let it Rain and Fragile are on Spotify. A third album is in progress. They played the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville in 1994. They're still writing songs worthy of it.
